Our Team

  • Dr. Renee Fudge, DACM, WFIM, Lic. Acu

I'm Renee, the founder of Cultivate. I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. I am nationally board certified with the NCCAOM and licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in Tennessee.

In my post-doctoral studies I have become a Certified Practitioner of Women’s Functional and Integrative Medicine with Dr. Aviva Romm.

In our sessions, I combine my professional and personal experience with compassion and connection to help you uncover hidden physical, mental, and emotional obstacles to your well being. My goal as a practitioner is to create a space where you feel comfortable restoring and growing; empowering you to hear the messages your body is sending and to guide you in interpreting these clues. By giving you an opportunity to slow down and listen to your inner world, you’ll have a chance to connect to life’s cycles more joyfully.

We both will be taking an active role in your healing, working together to restore harmony and balance to your whole being by stimulating your body’s own innate wisdom and healing capabilities. It is my hearts desire to assist you on your journey to wellness and help you cultivate your best self.

My specialties are women’s reproductive health and fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, stress and anxiety, thyroid issues, migraines, prenatal, and perimenopause.

  • Nicole Ruffolo, MsOM, Lic Acu

I'm Nicole, an associate acupuncturist at Cultivate. I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. I am nationally board certified with NCCAOM and licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in Tennessee.

Through my personal and professional experience, I have found there is a true connection between how we experience life’s ebbs and flows, and the way those shifts manifest in the body. Much of my work as a practitioner is centered around addressing the root of these symptoms and guiding clients to get to know themselves on a more intimate level. Through facilitating the innate healing capacity and self-empowerment, the body and mind will gradually rebalance itself and get to a fully integrated place.

During a session, I am listening to the words you say and also what your body is communicating to me. We forget sometimes that while the Earth moves through her seasonal shifts, so do we. I desire to help you tune into these shifts and collaboratively work through whatever life cycle you are in.

Some of my specialties include women’s reproductive health and fertility, stress and anxiety, digestive distress, facial rejuvenation, fatigue, and pain management.

  • Dr. Katrina Rinne, PT, DPT

I’m Katrina, a women’s pelvic health, orthopedic manual physical therapist, and movement educator with over 20 years of experience in the Pilates industry.

After a decade of teaching private Pilates lessons and group classes, I returned to school to receive my doctorate in physical therapy from Washington University in St. Louis.

Since graduating, I have received extensive continuing education in the fascial system, pelvic floor, pregnancy and birth healing. I believe in a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare and work from a bio psychosocial framework that considers all aspects of what it means to be human - the physical, emotional, social and spiritual encounters we have in our daily lived experience.

I care about helping women have more ease in their body as they move through hormone cycles and help people with chronic pain learn the tools to move beyond the limitations that have become a daily reality. I use a combination of myofascial techniques, pain neuroscience education, nervous system integration tools, and therapeutic movement training in my practice to help make conscious embodiment a reality for my patients.
